Quick Baked Apple Dessert Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
3 cups sliced apples
1 package raspberry flavored gelatin
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter -- softened
Directions:
Grease a baking dish. Place sliced apples in bottom of dish. Evenly sprinkle gelatin over the top. In a small bowl, combine the flour and sugar.
Cut in the butter until mixture resembles crumbs. Sprinkle over apples and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
