Chocolate Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup boiling water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in an 8x8 pan.
Mix first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla and mix until smoothSpoon batter into the pan over the melted butter. Mix remaining sugar and cocoa together and sprinkle over batter.
Pour boiling water slowly over the top of mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Cake will rise to the top over a chocolate filling.
