2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Mix the sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk in a saucepan. Boil for 3-5 minutes. Cool in pan of cold water. Add vanilla flavoring and mix well. When cooled, it will be hard icing.
