Not chocolately enough. This is a milk chocolate frosting as creamy could define the texture. i had already frosted a sheet cake then tasted the frosting. i melted a cup odf semi-sweet chocolate chips & added to the frosting. Next time i would start w/4 oz of unsweetened chocolate. The frosting set after 10 minutes. If you don't need an intense chocolate flavor this recipe might work for you.
