Crust

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

Filling

3 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 cup chocolate malt powder
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

Combine crust ingredients. Pat firmly in bottom and 1/2 inch up the side of a 9 inch springform pan; chill.

To make filling, beat cheese until fluffy; add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into prepared crust.

Bake at 300 degrees F for 65 minutes or until filling shakes only slightly near center when moved. Cool; chill thoroughly. Garnish with confectioners' sugar and chocolate curls, if desired.
