Jalapeno Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
16 ounces cream-style corn
2 cups cornbread mix
4 eggs -- beaten
16 ounces sour cream
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 onion -- chopped
1 can chopped jalapenos OR green chiles -- drained
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine corn, cornbread mix, eggs, sour cream, cheese and oil; mix well. Stir in onion and jalapenos. Pour the batter into the pan and bake 1 hour, or until cornbread is lightly browned, and springs back when lightly touched. Let cool slightly in the pan on a wire rack before removing from the pan.
Cut into squares to serve.
