Broccoli Cornbread Casserole

ingredients
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, mild or sharp
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix first five ingredients together. Add the cheese and mix well.
Coat an iron skillet or baking dish with a non-stick spray. Add mixture and bake at 375 degrees F until edges turn
brown. Then place skillet under the broiler until the top is a nice golden brown, about 30 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center will come out dry if it is done.
