Hot Sweet Potato Soup Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6 cups
Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes
2 (10 oz.) cans undiluted condensed chicken broth
1 cup water
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
sour cream
hot chili-garlic sauce (optional)
Directions:
Pierce sweet potatoes and bake at 350F (180C) until soft, about 45 min. Or microwave on high, 10 min. Peel potatoes.
Puree in a food processor with cans undiluted chicken broth, water and hot pepper sauce.
Stir often over medium heat until hot. Top with a dollop of sour cream and a swirl of hot chili-garlic sauce(optional).
