Pumpkin Fudge Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2.5 lbs
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
12 ounces pkg. butterscotch morsels
7 ounces marshmallow creme
1 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Combine sugar, margarine pumpkin and spice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add. butterscotch morsels, marshmallow creme, walnuts and vanilla Mix well. Pour in pan. Cool and cut.
