Ingredients:
1 pound margarine
1 pound pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 cup cocoa
4 pounds powdered sugar
2 cups chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Melt margarine and cheese together. Sift together cocoa and powdered sugar. Add melted cheese mixture to cocoa mixture and mix well. Add vanilla and nuts and pat into 9 x 13" pan. This recipe can be halved easily.
