Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine or butter
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

Melt margarine and chocolate together; gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Sift flour with salt; add to chocolate mixture along with nuts. Spread in buttered 9x9x2" pan. Bake in 350* oven about 30 min., or until done. Cool and cut into 1 1/2" squares. Store in airtight container. Can be frozen.
