Ingredients:
1 can cooked black beans (15 oz size)
1 cup salsa
1 (16 oz) bag mixed vegetables (broccoli, Red Pepper, Onions, and mushrooms)
Directions:
Drain beans in colander. Combine beans, salsa and vegetables in sauce pan with lid. Cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
