French Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1 pound beef roast
1 can beer
1 package onion soup mix
Directions:
Trim roast. Place roast in crock pot and sprinkle with soup mix. Pour beer over top. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Shred or slice meat thin. Pour juice into small dish for dipping. Place meat on hoagie style buns. Garnish as desired.
