Caramel Fruit Recipe

Ingredients:
3 large apples -- cored and sliced
3 large bananas -- sliced
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
Directions:
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar. Stir until the sugar has melted. Add sliced fruit. Cook for 5 minutes turning the fruit half way through. Serve pouring sauce over the fruit.
NOTES : You can use almost any fruit for this dish.
