ingredients

1 pound fresh green beans, left whole or halved
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped fine
2 tablespoons olive oil, more or less

directions

Add the olive oil to a large frying pan and add the garlic and ginger. Saute over low heat for a few minutes, stirring so that the garlic does not burn.

Add the green beans and cook over low-medium heat until desired tenderness, stirring them around every few minutes.
