Ingredients:
1 package Ore Ida frozen mashed potatoes or make your own
2 cups milk
2/3 cup sour cream
4 ounces light cream cheese
2 tablespoons real bacon bits
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
salt & pepper
Directions:
Prepare potatoes according to package directions using only 2 cups milk.
Add sour cream and cream cheese; stir until creamy and blended. Add bacon & green onion. Season with salt & pepper to taste
