Fresh Cranberry Salad

1 package fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
2 boxes (small size) cherry gelatin powder
2 cups boiling water
1 large orange
15 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
In a food processor, chop cranberries, orange (including rind), and crushed pineapple. Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water. Mix jello with the fruits. Pour into container and refrigerate overnight.
