Beef Goulash Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound chuck or stew meat
1 package onion soup mix
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 can tomato paste
2 cups water.
Directions:
Cut meat into 1/2" cubes. Brown in large pan (or Dutch oven) in 1 tbs. oil. Mix tomato paste, onion soup mix and water together; pour in pan with meat. Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours. Serve over large cooked egg noodles or rice.
