1 package orange gelatin powder, prepared and allowed to set up "most of the way" 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 small can mandarin oranges 1 small can crushed pineapple 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Stir the gelatin so that it "breaks up." Add the other ingredients and mix until well combined. Refrigerate for several hours.
Variations: Use strawberry gelatin and strawberries in lieu of the mandarin oranges. Use raspberry gelatin and fresh raspberries in lieu of mandarin oranges.
