ingredients
1/2 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
directions
In a double boiler, melt cheese. Then blend in remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring constantly for 5 minutes and serve.
