Pan Biscuits Recipe

Serves/Makes: 12
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup flour or whole wheat flour
1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients with fork until dough leaves side of bowl and rounds up into a ball. (If dough is too dry, mix in 1-2 teaspoons additional whipping cream.)
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead lightly 10 times, sprinkling with flour if dough is too sticky.
Pat dough evenly in an ungreased square pan, 8x8. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares. Serve hot.
