Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar

Directions:

In a medium saucepan melt the butter or margarine, stir in brown sugar. Cook and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add milk; beat vigorously until smooth. Add confectioner's sugar; beat by hand until the frosting is easy to spread. Immediately frost cake.
