Mocha Icing II Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Coffee powder, dissolved in
1 tablespoon hot water
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg yolk
Directions:
Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Add coffee. In separate bowl mix together cocoa and confectioners sugar. Add butter/coffee mixture and vanilla to sugar mixture. Blend well. Stir in egg yolk. Add extra water if necessary to improve spreading consistency.
