Gulyasleves Goulash Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
3 medium onions -- chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 pound beef chuck -- cut into 1" cubes
2 tablespoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 clove garlic -- crushed
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
4 cups beef bouillon
salt -- to taste
2 medium potatoes -- peeled and cubed
Directions:
Cook onions in butter until golden. Add beef and paprika and cook, stirring constantly, until slightly browned. Add caraway, garlic, lemon rind, and bouillon. Season to taste. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours. Add potato and cook for 30 minutes longer.
