INGREDIENTS:

4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
8 slices rye bread
8 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
1 1/3 cup sauerkraut, drained
4 slices Swiss cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on 4 slices of rye bread. Divide the sliced turkey among the bread slices. Evenly divide the sauerkraut on each sandwich; top with one slice of cheese and remaining bread.
