ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onions
2/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can (10.5 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 dash black pepper
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 can (6 ounce size) solid chunk tuna, drained and gently flaked
directions
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently, until softened.
Stir the cream of mushroom soup, black pepper, and sour cream into the saucepan and mix well. Stir in the tuna just until mixed. Let the tuna stroganoff heat through.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
