Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound salmon fillets
OR
4 salmon steaks
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zest only
2 teaspoons five-spice powder
1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
1 green onion, minced

Directions:

Combine salmon, soy sauce, garlic, lemon zest and five-spice powder in a large food storage bag; seal. Refrigerate 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.

Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Grill salmon skin side down 3 minutes; turn. Cover grill; grill to medium doneness, about 8 minutes.

Transfer fish carefully to a platter; drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with minced green onion.
