Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 slices bread
1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire
15 ounces salmon -- drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs -- separated
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine all other ingredients in large bowl until well mixed. Gently fold in egg whites. Pour into lightly greased pie plate. Bake at 350F for 1 hr or until firm in the middle.
