Easy Pan Grilled Salmon Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1 package frozen salmon fillets, thawed overnight in the fridge
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper
1 lemon, juice of
Directions:
Bring a large skillet to medium heat. Pour in the olive oil. Season fillets on each side and place them in the pan (I used a cast iron skillet with grill marks).
Cook for four minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Squeeze the juice from a lemon on top. Plate and serve immediately.
