Cajun Salmon Cutlets With Lime Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
3 teaspoons ground cumin
3 teaspoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
3 teaspoons mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 teaspoons fennel seeds -- optional
10 salmon cutlets
5 limes -- sliced thickly
Directions:
Combine the spices, onion powder, garlic salt and seeds in a small bowl. Press the spice mixture over the salmon. Cook the salmon on a heated oiled barbecue, uncovered, until well browned on both sides and cooked as desired. (Salmon is best served a little rare in the center.)
Meanwhile, barbecue the limes until browned on both sides. Serve the salmon with the limes.
