Grilled Ham Slice With Plum Glaze Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plum preserves
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 fully-cooked ham center slice (16 oz size) -- cut 3/4-inch thick
Directions:
For glaze, in a small saucepan combine plum preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until preserves melt. Keep warm.
Brush or wipe your George Foreman Grill with cooking oil and preheat. Grill ham about 4-5 minutes. Turn ham and brush with glaze. Grill 4-5 minutes longer.
After serving the grilled food, make sure that your grill is unplugged. Put two or three wet paper towels inside the grill and close the lid. In 10 to 30 minutes, the grill will wipe clean.
