Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:
4 chicken leg quarters
1/4 cup chicken stock, water or vermouth
2 bay leaves
salt, to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
32 ounces tomato sauce
16 ounces stewed tomatoes
16 ounces tomato puree
Directions:
Add the chicken, stock, bay leaves, and salt to the crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 8 hours. Remove from crockpot, and discard skin and bones. Strain broth if necessary. Return meat to crockpot and stir in remaining ingredients. Turn heat to high and cook for 2-3 hours or until heated through. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti noodles.
