3 egg whites (room temp) 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup chocolate chips
In mixer bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add cream of tartar and vanilla; beat until soft peaks form. Add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time, beating after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 250 degrees F oven for 25 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave cookies inside for 30 minutes. Outsides will be hard; insides will be slightly soft.
