Ingredients:
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 pound Oreo cookies, crushed
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
20 ounces almond bark, melted

Directions:

Crush Oreos (I use my food processor) and blend with cream cheese. Add pecans. Roll into balls and dip in melted bark. I like chocolate bark, but white bark can be used too. I make the balls and place on a cookie sheet thats lined with wax paper. It is much easier to handle. After they freeze I store them in a ziploc bag. Then I can dip as many as I want (or have time for).

These are extremely easy and good for the kids to make too.

If you have candy molds (shaped like a bought cherry chocolate) you can put a little chocolate in the bottom of mold, put in the ball of Oreo filling, place more chocolate over the Oreo ball. These look very professional and like you worked really hard...and you won't have to.
