The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
3 cups Special K cereal
directions
Combine flour, baking soda and salt and set aside. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add egg. Stir in dry ingredients and 1 cup Special K. Coat teaspoons of dough with remaining Special K.
Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Wow! so good! Who would have thought! The special k on the outside turns out "nutty" - I had to leave out the salt, and never even missed it. I'll make these again TODAY!! Thanks for the recipe!
