ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup whole wheat or white flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
directions
In a medium bowl beat together peanut butter, sugars, and butter until well combined. Add egg, vanilla and milk.
Slowly add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and oats, stirring until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips, raisins and coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
