Serves/Makes:   3 dozen

  

Ingredients:
3 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Shortening
2 Eggs
1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Bag (12oz.) Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl add Shortening mix well, add eggs, bananas, vanilla and beat thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips and drop by Tsp. on greased cookie sheet Bake 375 for 10 min.
