Applesauce Cookies Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 dozen
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter,softened
1 cup brown sugar,packed
1 egg
2/3 cup applesauce
2 1/2 cups Bisquick biscuit mix
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons allspice
1 cup raisins
2/3 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and egg; stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
