Last Minute Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
24 ounces canned sweet potatoes
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups pineapple tidbits
2 tablespoons margarine
Directions:
Mash the sweet potatoes with the salt, pepper and butter. Stir in the pineapple along with the syrup from the can. Heat in a saucepan or spoon into a baking dish and bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes (or until bubbly). Can top with marshmallows if desired.
