4 medium sweet potatoes 1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup Kahlua
Boil potatoes until just tender. Peel, halve and set aside. In a heavy skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar, stir in kahlua and cook 1 minute. Add potatoes, turn until coated and browned all over, cover, reduce heat and cook 15 minutes turning once more.
