Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 bunches Fresh Broccoli
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup, Condensed
4 ounces Cheddar Cheese -- grated
1 medium Onion -- chopped
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
Ritz Crackers
Butter -- optional
Directions:
Cook broccoli until just tender. Drain well. Combine with all other ingredients except Ritz crackers and butter. Spoon into greased 9"x13" baking pan. Crush crackers and sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Dot with butter, if desired.
