ingredients
1 bag (16 ounce size) frozen corn
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 can (4 ounce size) diced green chiles (optional)
directions
Cook the corn according to package instructions.
Melt the butter in a large skillet, add the onion and bell peppers. Saute gently, do not let the onions brown.
Drain the corn and return it to the sauce pan. Add the butter and vegetables from the skillet.
Add the chiles, if desired, and warm through.
