ingredients

3 tablespoons minced fresh dill
3 tablespoons minced fresh thyme
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon safflower oil
1 clove garlic, minced
4 ears fresh corn

directions

Combine the dill, thyme, water, oil and garlic in a small bowl and mix well. Brush the herb mixture on the ears of corn and wrap each ear individually in aluminum foil.

Bake at 450 degrees F for 25 minutes, turning several times.
