Corn on the Cob on the Barbecue Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2
Ingredients:
2 cobs of corn with the husk and silk left on
Cold water to cover
Directions:
Do not remove husk or silk from corn. Soak cobs in cold water for 30 minutes.
Preheat barbecue to low. Place cobs on ungreased grill. Close lid. Cook for about 30 minutes turning every 10 minutes until kernels are tender. Let stand in husks for about 15 minutes until cool enough to handle. Pull back husks and Pull off silk.
Add a little butter and pepper and it is awesome. MMM good
