ingredients
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cheese crackers, finely crushed
6 ears steaming hot corn
directions
Crush crackers very fine. Heat butter or margarine in a small saucepan until lightly browned and bubbly. Add onion, parsley, salt and crumbs. Blend.
Serve as a sauce for hot corn-on-the-cob.
