ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/4 cup milk
2 cups fresh cut corn (may be thawed frozen)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 beaten eggs
directions
Melt butter in saucepan and add flour and blend well. Slowly add milk and whisk constantly and bring to a boil.
Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper to taste stirring constantly. Add eggs and blend well.
Pour into a greased casserole dish or individual ceramic ramekins and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 40 minutes.

Does anyone know where this recipe came from? It is the EXACT recipe I found in my grandmother's recipe book that she typed up over 50 years ago.
