Spinach-Bacon Deviled Eggs

ingredients
12 eggs, hard-cooked and peeled, cut in half lengthwise
1/2 cup frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup bacon bits
2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
directions
Scoop the yolks out of the eggs into a small mixing bowl. Mash with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Chill until ready to serve.

this recipe calls for way too much pepper. use pepper to taste and this is the best stuff!
