ingredients
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons capers, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fine-chopped fresh dill, plus
12 dill sprigs for garnish
6 medium to large cooked, shelled, deveined shrimp, chopped fine
directions
Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and zest, capers, chopped dill and shrimp. Use to fill indentations in whites. Garnish with a sprig of dill.

You can substitute 3 tbsp smoked salmon for the shrimp, plus extra slivers of salmon for garnish.
