Bacon Deviled Eggs Recipe

Serves/Makes: 24 pcs
Ingredients:
12 Hard cooked fresh eggs
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise (more for creamy filling)
1 teaspoon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Finely chopped bacon (as much as you like)
Directions:
Slice eggs in half long wise. Remove yolks. Combine yolks with other ingredients. Spoon mixture back into yolk cavities. Keep cling film over the eggs to prevent drying and discoloration. It's fun to get creative with the filling, depending upon your audience. Chopped Jalepenos make a perky filling. Finely chopped black olives make a nice contrast. Ground red pepper also adds zip. Finely minced fresh parsley is a pretty addition too.
