Sheepherder's Bread Fondue Recipe

Serves/Makes: 16
Ingredients:
1 loaf sourdough bread (round, unsliced is ideal)
8 ounces container ricotta cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can crab meat (or frozen)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 green onions, thinly sliced
14 shakes garlic salt
14 shakes black pepper
Directions:
Hollow out the loaf of sourdough, reserving bread pieces. Mix together all other ingredients and put into the hollowed bread.
Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Remove and serve, using bread pieces as dippers.
